Because Circa is a digital product that you can get a lot of value out of very quickly, there are no free trials and no refunds offered.
Please consult the documentation on input file formats before purchasing to ensure you understand how to get your own data into a basic CSV/TSV format for use in Circa.
We only give refunds in the case where you are unable to install Circa or use it on your specific operating system, which has happened very rarely (e.g. Windows Vista). In those cases, please email [email protected] with proof of purchase and details about the problem (e.g. operating system, computer specifications, and error messages).
We may update or modify the refund policy. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest refund policy. All changes are effective immediately upon posting and we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this Refund Policy to reflect the date of the changes. By continuing to use our Website and services after these changes are posted, you agree to the revised refund policy.
